Our philosophy is to respect your hair and try to work with you to achieve the best results, it is important to choose the right haircut or hairstyle for your hair. To help us achieve this we only work with the best products there is on the market. L’Oréal, Aveda, Olaplex, Kerastraight.
Our skilled team are trained to the highest standard with on-going salon training as well as attending external courses such as Vidal Sassoon, L’Oréal, and Aveda.
Whether you are seeking a creative colour, personalized cut or the most nourishing hair treatment, our stylists will be delighted to advise you for the best result for your hair.
With a combination of healthy hair, fantastic colour, and great cut, we want to make you feel that special person, our aim is to start this journey with you.

Appointments Being on time is greatly appreciated and ensures that we can offer you the highest standard of services. We will text you 48 Hrs. before to remind you of your booking.
New clients For colour service, we will require a skin test 48 Hrs prior to your appointment.
New colour clients and any client who contracted Covid inbetween colour must have a skin allergies test 48 hours prior to appointment.
For new clients and colour correction we recommend a complementary consultation.
Complementary consultations These are available before booking your appointment with us ensuring the correct treatment will be prescribed giving you greater results. You are a valued client and we would like you to achieve optimum benefits from our salon.
Cancellations and missed appointments We will greatly appreciate if you could give us a call to reschedule or cancel your appointment as soon as you can. We do operate a 48 Hrs cancellation policy.
We reserved the right to charge a cancellation fee if we are unable to fill your appointment.
More than 48 Hrs before your booking: no charge.
Less than 48 Hrs before your booking: ½ price of full service.
Less than 24 Hrs full amount payable.
Customer service Our clients being totally satisfied with our service is of the utmost importance to us, we take guest care very seriously. If a matter should arise or you are not completely happy, please let us now immediately either to your stylist, beauty therapist or if you feel more comfortable you can talk to our receptionist, we will always try to resolve the issue. We need your feedback (good or bad) to help us to improve your experience.
